I'm nominating Rep. Adam Schiff for an American Award in honor of his most eloquent and compelling argument in favor of removing President Trump from office. His closing remarks made on the floor of the U.S. Senate were nothing short of a legal tour-de-force. Given the hyper-partisan environment of Washington, DC that exists nowadays, I'm sure the Senate Republicans will likely block the President's removal for completely partisan reasons, and it's because of that I want to nominate him for an American Award. His prosecution of the President was outstanding, and deserves to be recognized and honored even in the face of partisan obstruction of justice.
